Fantastic experience with Joshua. He built me a great system for my music & audio production studio which was delivered very quickly. He talked me through all the options as we discussed my requirements explaining terms and terminology I didn’t understand, gave me good recommendations and confidence in his ability to understand my needs and build a system to suit. The personal experience is so much better than any experience I’ve previously had with the big companies, he listens to what you need and it felt like he had my best interests in mind rather than just trying to get the most money out of me. As a bit of a technophobe I needed help with my recently purchased Mac book. Josh came to my house and very patiently, quickly and knowledgeably set up everything. He answered all my question plus told me about lots of Mac tips that I would never have discovered without him. A great service!
