I have now used this shop about 6 times within the last year (various mobile/tablet/laptop repairs) and the service has always been fantastic. REALLY good guys, honest, reliable and fair pricing. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for IT repairs/service (and, definitely, NOT to the Phone Doctor at the top of Quarry St…he is a rip off merchant!). THANK YOU, GUYS.
My sons laptop had stop working. Friendly and quick service by the guys at Sam & Qaas’s. Good communication. Diagnosed problem and laptop was returned in full working order within 48 hours. They even threw in a new charger. Thank you so much guys! My son is so happy he can get back to his Minecraft world. Would recommend to all.
Great service and good prices. They sorted our works pcs and we got them back the next day. He also told me to call him if we have any problems getting them back up in running. Nothing is too much trouble.
