I brough to Isomedia Karlsruhe city center my 3 years old Samsug 55′ TV. On the next day I should get the offer for the repair. After 1,5 weeks and 4 calls and 3 promises of sending to me the propsal, nothing comes. Now I must organize the picking up of the divice again without even an small apologyze for the situation an the loose of time.
Conclusion: NO ISOMEDIA again NO SAMSUNG again

Yesterday I have been with my Samsung A50 mobile phone because I had an issue. Was not that optimistic when i went to Isomedia.
I must say that these guys are great. Very friendly, skilled and efficient.
Within half an hour they fixed my phone. I left the shop with a smile in my face. It was as if Cristmas,Eastern and birthday the same day. Thanks a lot and wish you furthermore good customers.
