I should begin by stating that the staff here are superb, first class customer service.

The massive issue I have is with Samsung and their handling of a warranty claim for a Z-Fold handset I purchased in-store.
The screen failed recently right down the seam, and Samsung have since written to me and said the warranty on the handset is now voided as there is damage to the hinge. The damage photos they’ve sent is incredibly minor/superficial and sadly appears to be an excuse on the part of Samsung to avoid dealing with the design defect in the hinged screen.

Had the staff warned me at the time of purchase that Samsung would back-out of warranty commitment with an excuse like this, then I’d have remained with apple.

Leaving this review, as I think it really is something that a purchaser needs to be informed of at time of purchasing such a valuable device.

Visiting to see Fringe and needed wireless charger for my Samsung S24+. Store location was super close to my hotel. Good product selection. However customer service was terrible. The sales rep on floor helping me obviously didn’t want to be working on a Sunday or had a late night. I have several Samsung products and love them all. Too bad this one person wouldn’t represent the enthusiasm and loyalty of Samsungs customers. This one experience doesn’t change how I feel about the company and it’s products. But this sales rep should reconsider their career choice.

Something went badly wrong with the last software update, turning my Samsung phone unusable. As I got nowhere with the Samsung website to sort this issue, I went to the store for help. Everyone I interacted with during the 4 visit over the past 2 days has been outstandingly friendly, customer-focused, helpful, knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. It wasn’t easy to get my phone working again, but the team managed eventually, and I am so grateful for this. Special thanks to Tom for his knowledge and dedication to get this sorted.
