I was met by Conner who I have dealt with before. He was so welcoming and got me sorted for my appointment (he was also the one who booked me in) I was then dealt with by Jay the engineer. He was wonderful. Saw what was wrong and booked my phone in for a repair. I was not expecting it back until tomorrow but got a text saying in was ready. All within a few hours. I cannot praise their customer service enough. I spoke with another male and a female employee in passing. They were also very polite and friendly. They were all also very friendly to my son.
Overall 10/10 service. Cannot speak anymore highly of them. Thank you

I came into the Samsung store today to buy a phone and I got seen to straight away by one of the sales people who showed me around the Samsung A55 and the tech specs.

I’ve been here twice previously and customer service is brilliant; I decided to buy the phone and was met by Holly; really nice and engaging going through insurance and add on products.

She’s an asset to the store, the showroom is well laid out and plenty of staff to help when you need it.

I had excellent customer service from Mathew in Liverpool One.
He was knowledgeable, informative and patient.
I bought a new phone and quite a lot of accessories .
I admit to knowing little about phones. Mathew couldn’t have been more helpful explaining all options and giving me plenty of time to choose. He set up everything on the new phone, something I wouldn’t have been able to do.
Well deserved 5 stars .
