I bought a Samsung 23 ultra in june 2023 from wesfield shopping center in stratford in a Samsung store. Since I work in a company that delivers heavy goods, I asked for insurance that would cover the risks of screen breakage and phone theft.
Samsung employees offered me the insurance company Samsung Care+, which was supposed to cover all these criteria.
After I crushed the screen while loading the van, I contacted the insurance company according to the contract to change me another screen. The insurance company Samsung Care+ told me that they will not replace my screen because I was careless with the phone, but after the scandal I caused to your shop, they agreed to replace the monitor with the condition that I must pay them PS55 for what is a voluntary contribution. But the people at the Samsung store told me never to pick up the phone again when loading heavy goods and to leave the phone in the van out of sight because they would no longer replace the screen on my phone. Since then I have always left my phone in my van out of sight. 07/09/2024 while loading a heavy product I also left my phone in an invisible place under the child’s seat. And the thieves opened my minibus, having intercepted the signal when I was closing the car with the remote control. At the time I went into the building to get the boot equipment. Of course I reported this to the insurance company Samsung Care+. But when I saw an open bead, I got a lot of stress. In this stress, I mistakenly reported to the insurance company that there was cash in the car and it was also stolen. But later I saw that I had only one job that day, my phone was stolen, and that client paid me only by bank transfer. Of course, I provided all this evidence to the insurance company. But the insurance company does not take into account my evidence that I did not have any cash that day and does not satisfy my request to cover the insurance of my phone. For what did she undertake. I came to your store on 07/23/2024 around 11:30 a.m. asking you to help me resolve this situation and your manager told me to fill out a new insurance claim again and told me to lie to the insurance company that my phone was stolen in the subway. Of course, I did not do this.
In connection with this situation, I have decided to warn other people from buying various products with your SAMSUNG trademark and in no case to use the insurance company you offer SAMSUNG CARE +

I came to this store and politely asked if I could get a replacement or another one bought. The sales person was incredibly rude and offered zero assistance. He seemed irritated by my question as well. He said there were none in store and dismissed my query entirely. I asked how much the alternatives are to which he said ‘ I’m not going to give you a free one’. That’s not what I asked.
Anyways, poor service by THAT particular sales representative. Hope other customers don’t have to interact with him.
