There was a very nice man who was able to assist my friend (I forget his name but we shopped yesterday Aug 3 in the afternoon). He was knowledgeable and was able to provide her with a few different options and help her pick the right phone for her.
I wish I could remember his name but he deserves a shout out for being a sweetheart and he was even able to give us a few laughs while the paperwork was being filled out!
Also the cashier was super nice too, so my experience here was a 5 out of 5. I will happily come to shop here anytime I find myself in Erlangen!
The number of staff however is on the lower end and mostly busy either on the back (probably paperwork or other work) or with customers! They take a thorough time for each interaction and this leads to delayed or extended conversations that might lead to inconvenience to customers waiting!
We wanted to buy a TV and when we make a question the staff scape from us.
When we decided the model by ourselves, after calling for the responsible several times, he told us that they don’t have any model in the shop.
Why do they have a shop if we need to order. We would safe time ordering in Internet.
