I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect equipment to suit my needs. The store itself is clean, organized, and well-stocked with a wide range of high-quality products. I also appreciated the competitive prices, which made my purchase even more worthwhile. Overall, I highly recommend Saturn to anyone looking for top-notch electric equipment and outstanding customer service. But still I will be truly appreciated if you can start instalment payment plans for English speakers which currently available only Deutsche speakers.

1. Horrible attitude to foreigners. At the online checkout a man refused to serve in English, he said literally ” We are not in England to talk in English, we are in Germany, do you understand? “. I was in total shock at such incompetence, rudeness arrogance.
2. I placed an order on June 17 and it was supposed to be delivered by June 26, today is July 1 and the order still hasn’t been shipped. I wrote to support several times, I was told that they have no information about my goods. In the end I had to cancel my order, I am waiting for a refund.
I do not recommend visiting this store to those who have nerves are not iron. Sorry for the wasted time.

Good location inside Limbeker Platz Mall. As always you find here everything related to electronics. At the moment of the visit they had a good offer for a laptop needed to do just accounting and some led light balls.
