The customer service is marginal, service and quality of goods are better bought somewhere else. The service team has no knowledge how to fix problems or solving issues. I bought a device in March which I have used less that 4 days because it was defect. I returned more than 8 time because of issues with the device and after 4 months I have still NO SOLUTION. Today I am aggravated even more because we ordered a replacement after 3 attempts to fix the device which all FAILED and they wanted me to pay for it because the service team is SO SLOW they have not provided a credit for the damaged item that they CANNOT FIX. I mentioned making a negative Google post and setting a 14day required solution by law, where they approached me and mentioned they speak with management to release the new phone as replacement. I am now waiting 30min as mentioned to clear the exchange with management. I HOPE TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM NOW THEN LATER. Update will be made once solution is done.

Prior to this incident I had no problems and therefore a positive response was left. This is why a positive response from management, but an issue exist now and people need to know how they will be handled. Staff is friendly, but restricted.

Update: the phone team got the credit approved and new phone was received. It is working unlike the first one which was broke and could not be fixed. Still a mess because it took so long

Just one side thing is that not everyone speaks in English but still is okay.
