Wanted to buy a video game on it’s release day, checked beforehand in the Saturn app that it is actually in stock in this store.
1. Went to the shelf where the game was supposed to be, but was not there.
2. Tried to find a sales assistant in the gaming section, but nobody there
3. Asked a sales assistant from another section that could not get a key to the games warehouse and took 10 minutes to find someone from the games section
4. Told the sales assistant from the games section that game is new and in stock in this store according to the app, but not in shelf. Despite that the sales assistant first checks the shelf before realizing the game is not in shelf yet and then checks the storage.
5. Sales assistant gets the key for storage, gets the game and gives it to me.
6. I notice the price is incorrectly labeled and more expensive than listed in the app.
7. I go back to the sales assistant and tell her about the wrong pricing. She changes the price in the sales system and is now not amused that she has to relabel all the game copies of this title, says bye in an unfriendly way.
8. Cashier asks me for ID because game is FSK18, even though I’m 23.

All in all, a really cumbersome experience for buying a single freaking video game. And retail stores are wondering why Amazon is taking over the market… ridiculous.
Incredibly huge place to discover basically anything you could possibly need in.
It’s pretty easy to find the stuff you’re looking for – and if you can’t, just ask the friendly AI that will greet you and ask what you nerd when you enter the store anyway!
You can test out VR games here (highly recommend doing that if your family is being slow with shopping e.g.!)

Cheap electronic and electrical products. As a traveller, I received incomplete advice regarding mobile SIMs. I was told that the product featured EU roaming, but wasn’t told that data isn’t included in this. Got to Austria and had no internet access. The guys at Saturn just need to slow down a bit and consider the context of the customer’s enquiry… I was clearly only interested in data.
