unless you have a perverse kink for getting scammed i would avoid buying any large appliances here. my first unhinged interaction happened on the original day of my delivery. No one showed up, and then i received a call saying they were at a completely different address. checked my receipt to see if in my hornyness for a new washing machine i had typed in my address incorrectly. i did not. the man declined to deliver my machine that day and when asked what would happen next, he seemed audibly annoyed and hung up. when i called the store the help line, the same amazing customer service was repeated. the only point of contact was now an email, which wasn’t responded to for half a week. i rescheduled and took another day off work. when the delivery men finally came, even though i had payed for installation, the installation men refused to set up the machine unless i payed an additional 70 euros in cash for an extension hose (this costs 10 euros at any hardware store). saturn is aware of the scam and absolutely does not care. I guess i at least got the machine, if you look at other online reviews you can see many unlucky customers never received their machine, and never got refunds. Buy a nice machine used that comes with a warranty and better service. Unless you like the book “the castle” and get off on endless frustration.

Hi., I purchased a iPhone with o2 contract. After making a contract. when I reached to main counter. I pay first down payment. I used a my commerzbank online card . they told me they need a physical card . I told him .I have commerzbank onl8ne bank card. they told they didn’t give a Phone. they hold my phone and my o2 sim and document. I told him please cancel my contract. they told no money will deducted from account. but after one month first installment deducted. i went to saturn I told him about this situation. they said we can not cancel contract. I will come agine with my bank card . they said you came very late . I told every month installment deducted my account.. they became very rude and tried to me out from store . All my indian and Asian friends please aware this type of fraud. they did not like outsiders. please aware this type stores.

Impossible to get an assistant to ask a question, not to mention to get a proper consultation, it’s like they do you a favor by agreeing to help. They have mastered the art of avoiding eye contact with a customer and looking busy, while chatting with co-workers. After I intently stared at a group of three of them looking simultaneously bored and very important doing nothing, one has finally come up. From what I gathered, he wasn’t even responsible for smart phones, but since a responsible salesperson plainly refused and kept ignoring me, he kindly stepped in. To make a long story short – horrible service, it’s like they don’t want to sell you things. Well OK. I would have bought that phone, if I could have asked more than one question, to help me make my choice and not feel like I was being a nuisance.
