Saturn Electronics falls short due to its consistently unfriendly staff. This aspect significantly impacts the overall customer experience. While the company may offer quality electronics, the unwelcoming atmosphere created by their employees tarnishes the brand’s reputation.

The prices on the tags are different from what they are ultimately charging, and when confronted about it, the unfriendly sellers simply tells you to go to some office to discuss the situation so that they might look into it. I did it and, after a good 30 minutes wait, they sent me to another office!! Since it was just a 15 EUR difference I let it go but I will for sure never buy anything else here
The best Saturn store in Berlin. It is huge and has a lot of offers than most electronics stores in the city. One can have sim contracts or device contracts too. Also wifi connection providers are here which makes it an overall destination of electronic goods, telecommunication and other services. Overall a good place for all latest demands.
