Not a place to go to if you are looking for help. It’s astounding how often you look around and see staff having private conversations and trying to avoid eye contact with the people who put money in the tills. Product knowledge is also well hidden here. Was told recently that a soundbar for a TV was “too complicated” and I should buy a different model. Not sure what’s complicated about plugging in an audio cable – maybe I look stupid. Anyway, it was much cheaper on Amazon and was installed in about thirty seconds.
They do have good special offers from time to time, but it’s worth checking prices carefully. Most of the time you can get it cheaper elsewhere even without having to get it online.
Sizeable electronics store, very useful for local shopping. Staff friendly and knowledgeable, try to help where they can even if something is not in their offering. They do struggle with the huge variety of possible goods, hence the offering can still feel a bit limited (but comes with personal service/support). Lines at the cashiers can be long at times. Still worth going there and supporting them though.
Poor customer service,lack of stock… they offered us a 1st coffee machine which was returned by the customer and defected and 2cnd which was on display for customers (used )and the want sell to us for the same original price …. (no discount!!!!….)and only 3 years on guarantee extra….. Scum offer…
