I went to this shop for years. However, I bought a pair of headphones there and the cashier told me I could get the pair of headphones insured. I specifically asked whether that also accounted for the case of an accident happening. She told me yes,so I bought the insurance with it for 20EUR more.
When my headphones sadly broke bc of an accident, I picked up the insurance paper only to see that it specifically said that accidents aren’t insured with it. I’m extremely mad, apparently she either had no idea what she was selling me or she didn’t care and just wanted to get it he insurance sold.

Open from 10am to 8pm? Not really. Couldn’t even be bothered to update their homepage. Shop closed around 7pm with no business hours shown anywhere on the gates. Great job. Great customer service.
Wish we had a Saturn in Birmingham: great choice of products neatly displayed, competitive prices and best of all, helpful staff who actually know their stuff!
