I am writing this as soon as I leave the store. I had a very sad experience, I would like to think that the reason for the bad treatment was not because I don’t speak German (I’m just visiting) or because I really look like a foreigner, but unfortunately, I can’t find any other reason. When I went to check out, I had one last question about the warranty, and when I asked it in English to the cashier, she started yelling at me, I said please I don’t understand but she didn’t care. She just went on about it. One star is for the store and that’s all.

Update: Saturn, it wasn’t due to communication, just because I speak English doesn’t mean I demand them to speak English, there are online translators and many other ways that I try to communicate myself with everyone when I’m not being understood, ESPECIALLY if it’s a place where I’m spending my money and there was no line at all behind me so no excuse that it was rush hour, your worker was straight up rude, I even try to ask her why she was mad with hand gestures trying to diffuse the situation but it was worthless, and your poor management on the situation was disappointing as well because I spoke to the manager as soon as it happened. Thank you for your condescending, ironic and fake apology.

Update: one month later and still no refund.
I went in with low expectations and they even underperformed. Went to buy washing machine today. Two machines in the shop despite being priced and sitting there were out of stock. So I said I saw this one online and Im told yes then you need to order it online. I’m in the shop and they let me walk out without making a purchase. So then I go online, and select to pay with credit card. It fails 4 times with a german credit card so I choose paypal and it fails 3 times so I end up having to use Giropay. I bought it in the end cos its the cheapest and they said they coudl deliver before 27.07 and after payment the fist option for delivery was 30.07.
When you click their link for their service page it delivers this error page (https://hilfe.saturn.de/app/error/error_id/1) How can this company expect to remain in business past 2030???

Never buy anything at Saturn to be delivered to your home! It never arrives and when you call customer service, after 30 minutes on the phone, they refer you to a delivery company that does not even exist!! They are not able to give you a contact number/email and the company name does not appear anywhere on the internet.

I am still trying to work out how to fix this, please do not buy from them!

There are lots of reviews on the internet about this, it happens all the time! Unfortunately, I didn’t check this out beforehand, otherwise I would never have ordered from Saturn.

This type of alleged scam is unacceptable for a company as large as Saturn. In addition to the price of the product, I have paid extra for a service that I am not receiving.
