i wish I can give no star to behavior of Vendors and seller of Saturn in Neu Isenburg Zentrum .
Their behavior is unfriendly and unprofessional .
when we have a question or we need a help , most of the them (vendors) are not interested in answering or explain and when we ask them for more explanation or help, unfortunately they start to mocking .
it is not one time happened but also it is happened to me several times . I think they have not learned good, what is their job and what is Customer Relationships and Selling Strategies.
I hope the manger see this massage and review this behavior of his or her people in this shop.
if the manger will, I will be ready to explain him or her in person

the review is not against the saturn shop it self but against the online services, I ordered 2 devices online with lead time of 3 weeks, after 4 weeks I sent an email asking where are the devices delivery process, 2 days later NO REPLY, then I called the customer services asking about the order, the answer was there is nothing ordered!! it was frustrating 1 month waiting nothing, I cannot understand such a shop like saturn have this poor online services, you need to do something the time of your customers worth to have corrective actions.

If I could give them “zero”, I would. The service is horrible! The price tags are empty, obviously they want their customers to play the game “guess the price” and the guys who were hired to assist — just pretend to work, being lazy even to come up to you even if you ask for that.
