I visited Saturn last week in order to buy the new Pixel 6. As we know, google offered the pixel buds as a gift with every pixel 6 phone and Saturn did the same. In this case the sales person asked me for my home address in order for them to send out the pixel buds after they get some more since i was told that they are out of stock. The funny thing is that the next day i receive an email saying they cannot deliver since my home address is outside Germany. I went there for 3 times in a row and they still couldn’t figure it out where are my pixel buds and somehow can’t understand why im asking for them. The weirdest encounter I’ve had with a mega store like saturn. Super angry for not getting the pixel buds as they promised!

Good range of products.. prices are not the cheapest available.. you can get them cheaper at amazon. For example HP ink cartriges cost 43 euros, you can get them at 35 euros on amazon, same for charging/data cables. There is a service where you can show where the prices are cheaper then the price will be reduced but it ist just one more hassle to deal with.. the reward program for customers is also difficult.. the levels are difficult to reach and points expire relatively quickly. Overall good shop for on site shopping so you can personally have a look at the product you want to buy but it can be better.

Rude and tourist hater woman at the cashier. She yelled and got annoyed after my simple question about payment and I warned her. Then she told me that she lives in Germany and speaks German?! She definitely has wrong life timing and wrong job, would be successful if lived in 1940s as a general. Sorry for her… I still give 3 stars, all the other employees were helpful and kind.
