Saturn is the one stop shop for all electronics needs. It’s a chain of stores all over Germany and without a doubt the most famous one. Prices in the past were higher than Amazon but nowadays I have noticed they are quite competitive. 14 day return policy is a plus point. I really felt the need of a service centre for example people who buy screen guards for phones can get it fixed to their phone as well. I mean such a big chain should offer such small services not as a revenue driver but as a token of saying thank you and making lives of customers easier.They also run Black Friday deals and Christmas deals and weekend deals as well where there is considerable discount offered.
The most awful service in store I have had my whole life. No sales person is ready to help, and when you ask them question the try to sell the worst products on you. I have bought a 55 inch LCD screen the sales person said it costs 565 EUR but invoice was 585 EUR I returned and he said sorry mistake let me print new invoice for you and the new invoice printed again 585 EUR. And the Strang is the same LCD TV costed 435 EUR in media mark Dietzenbach.
