I have to say that the service after sale is really good. In 10 years I cannot remember a single issue.

Sale service is ok, usual issues in tech shops: going there Saturdays is a pain and not all sellers are updated on their products.

My problem is more the many issues with availability recently. We had to order 3 out of the 5 products we needed: sand color windows laptop, sonos arc, Logitech g530.

Except this, much better service and choice than Tubingen shop.

I wanted to buy new mobile phone there, on monthly installments. I provided them with all of my documents, passport, working permits, etc. Going to few different places… It took me more than 30 mins, at the very end I was told that my request is not granted!? Bank denies it. How about checking this important info prior to shopping, so that customer does not loose so much time? And that was not the first time by them.

Marianne, the young girl from the reception provided me with the best ever customer care experience I’ve had in Germany. I live here for 4 years now and usually customer care is problematic, but this girl was absolutely awesome, excellent English skills, extremely polite and took care of my warranty issue in the best way possible. We need more people like her in this world. Thanks
