After She checked my receipt.
She said that ” because I bought 2 years warranty. They can give the money but they will not send item to repair or they will not give me a new one. “

Then She started to shout at me that Du musst 170Euro nehmen and kaufen neu.
I said her ” Ich bin Kunde, du kannst nicht mir schreien Du musst Nett sind wie Ich bin dir. ”
Her answer was ” So” .
Then I said ”stop ! Bitte ruf ein mitarbeiter wer kann Englisch sprecher. Ich mochte nicht mit dich sprechen, du bist nicht Nett.
Her answer was ” Er wird dir dasselbe sagen. Nimm Geld und geh!
Her manager who can speak English, came there. I explained him the situation and her speech. He did nothing to warn her. However he told me surely They will not send my products to warranty because it cost them more. They will not give a new airpod and only solution me to take my money back even when I have paid extra 2 years warranty.
I am very upset that I faced NAZIST and RACIST behaviour from her in SATURN. I am Orange Saturn Card customer. BUT I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM SATURN AGAIN !!

Saturn is one of the best and popular Electronics shop in Germany. Almost every kind of electronic products are available here. This is the only Saturn store in Rostock. This store size is not too big compared to other cities store. Although it’s not so spacious, however their collection is good enough. Otherwise if some products can not be found in the store, people can order it in online and collect it from the store.
