Honestly, I’m very disappointed in Saturn. The service is very bad because a lot of the workers there (and I’ve talked to at least 8 people) are very rude or bored to even listen to what you have to say or ask. Some even cancelled the call after 10 seconds without saying anything. Furthermore I have been told that due to some delivery issues they ordered the item I wanted 10 WHOLE days after I bought it online. I mean seriously, can you believe that? That due to some delivery issues it takes 10 WHOLE days to order the product? Also they said it would only take 1-3 days until the item arrives but I am still waiting for it even after another whole week. Unbelievable really. I can not recommend (at least not the online-order) Saturn to anyone since it’s unreliable and consists of bunch of people who have no respect and no idea what they are doing.

Also ich bin schon extrem enttauscht. Der Kundenservice bei Saturn ist unangemessen, weil viele dort einfach unhoflich sind oder gar keine Lust haben, dir zuzuhoren. Manche haben sogar einfach aufgelegt. Dazu kommt noch, dass mir gesagt wurde, dass die Lieferung sich aufgrund von irgendwelchen Problemen um 10 Tage verzogert. Sie meinten, sie haben die Bestellung des Produkts erst 10 Tage, nachdem ich das Produkt online bestellt habe, eingereicht und es wurde 1-3 weitere Tage dauern bis es ankommt und ratet mal was passiert ist: Ich warte hier eine weitere Woche und es ist immer noch nicht da. 2 Lieferschwierigkeiten? Wer weiss, wahrscheinlich ist eher die Unfahigkeit des Marktes weshalb ich (zumindest den online-service) keinem von euch empfehlen kann, ausser ihr habt alle Zeit der Welt, und damit meine ich ALLE.

So, I recently had an experience at this electronics store that left a bit to be desired. Overall, I would give it a solid three stars. While the range of products available and their quality was satisfactory, the staff’s attitude definitely contributed to my mediocre rating. I felt as though the employees lacked patience and were not very kind. Despite these setbacks, I must say that the prices were reasonable and the store itself was well organized. All in all, if you can overlook some less-than-friendly service, this electronics store might still be worth checking out for its decent selection and prices.

The person we asked to help us didn’t even acknowledge us till he’d finished on his computer. When we asked him where to find the goods we were looking for (there are no roof level descriptions of what is where), he had to ask someone else! Then he told us there were no British to EU adaptors. There were, two displays of the same item at two different prices. I hope this isn’t Germany’s finest…
