Had a very bad experience from the staff at returns counter. There were 2 young individuals who don’t even care to listen about the problem and just try blaming on the customer that the product was not used as it was meant to be hence it will not be covered in the guarantee. I had bought an extra 50 Euro Guarantee extension for 5 years . It was unfortunately complete waste of money and that was not even the bad part. The worst was how they made me feel . Sorry but never again Saturn . Online Handels like amazon are far better.
Visited Saturn Siegen yesterday. Had one of the best experiences from a big retail shop in Germany. Peter, the store manager, and Ferhat went out of their way to make sure I made the best choice. I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience.
One of the best places in Kassel to get electronic related merchandise. Place is located in the middle of downtown and almost all kind of public transportation will get you there. Prices are as per the rest of the market
