I had a very bad experience at SATURN. I approached an employee with a question about the iPhone 15, and he rudely told me he couldn’t help because he was busy. This left me feeling frustrated and unsure of where to get the information I needed. I ended up leaving the store without making a purchase.
The employees need better training in customer communication. Their behavior directly affects SATURN’s reputation. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this store. Management should pay more attention to how their employees interact with customers.
Nice store, helpful personell, HOWEVER i had an issue 3 months later with the phone, i have tried to email and call Saturn without any help so i will now reduce my rating to one star until this is resolved. (except for that everything was fine and clean, but lets hope you will not have any problems with the stuff bought here)
I recently purchased some tech items from here and had a fantastic experience. Their tech support was exceptional. Although his English wasn’t perfect, I had no trouble understanding him. They have a wide variety of gadgets and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
