Un grand grand merci a SAVE Lannion et en particulier a son responsable technique Florian Guerin. Nous etions en randonnee sur le GR34 quand en pleine marche je me suis rendu compte que l’afficheur de mon telephone se decollait et etait incruste de taches bleues. L’enseigne s’est montree extremement accueillante, comprehensive et tres tres professionnelle ; on aimerait rencontrer ces personnes plus souvent sur notre route. Par chance, le magasin disposait d’un module afficheur d’origine constructeur et il a pu proceder dans l’apres midi au remplacement. Le telephone est plus neuf qu’avant et ce n’est pas peu dire : Florian s’est rendu compte que le telephone que je pensais avoir achete neuf via le marketplace d’une grosse enseigne n’etait en fait qu’un telephone (mal) reconditionne monte avec un afficheur non d’origine constructeur ! Aux explications et details a l’appui, je me suis rendu compte que j’avais en face de moi un reel expert. Je vous remercie grandement pour votre professionnalisme, pour le travail realise qui a ete parfait et l’accueil impeccable malgre la pression temps (nous etions un samedi apres midi). J’en ai profite pour que le magasin me pose un film de protection hydrogel, travail parfaitement realise egalement. A tous les bretons et visiteurs de passage, si vous avez le moindre soucis avec votre telephone, allez-y sans encombre, c’est une valeur sure ! Bravo

Nephews phone had been dropped while on holiday. Looked up a few shops and this seemed reasonable with the reviews. Called in as driving past and was offered a screen repair within the hour. The person behind the desk also checked the battery as it was a bit old and offered discount to replace. Looking at the battery could see the bulge so knew the person wasn’t trying to rip us off. Screen and battery replaced with the hour and after a few days still working with no issues or charging problems. If you need a replacement while on holiday …I would recommend this place without hesitation.

Whilst on holiday near the Lannion shop was given the most exceptional help and service possible from the guy in the Lannion store. Fantastic help and immediate repair. Fully recommend, saved my day!
