truly one of the best, if not the best, dealers in Melbourne! increidble prices that is even better than the online retailers – which is not really a common thing these days! they stock the best products and know what their customers want and need! all the displays i wanted to check and compare were on display, whle even jb hi fi did not!!! reading online comparisons and watching YouTube videos are not enough, so i am glad there are still such retailers that understand the value of coming in store and seeing products in real life! and besides, they have great customer service – the guy i was talking did not try to upsell a more expensive product to me, and i really appreciate honesty! i hate when sales people try to oversell without realising that it looks so tacky and noone is stupid – people can see through it! in saying that, Scorptec sales guy was great to deal with – he tried to understand what i will use my monitor for and recommended the most suitable product! Thanks for great and honest service!

Great computer shop – always has everything we need whether it’s something they have in stock or they need to order in. Professional ethics. Staff knows what they’re doing and are pretty helpful with helping you work out what your best options are. Can be pretty busy at times but they do their best with what they’ve got. Online ordering system works well in terms of ordering and notifications of when your order is ready and what’s needed for pickup. Probably not the cheapest but their service is good so if you need stuff fixed under warranty at least you know it’s not another headache to deal with. 2 hour paid parking available right in front of shop ($2.50 per hour as of Nov 2023 between 8am to 6pm), though you’d have to do a big circle around from the loading bay if you’re getting something heavy and need a trolley cuz the front of shop only has stairs for access.

Wouldn’t recommend buying here as a regular consumer or if you need something simple/quick. Bought a mouse listed as in stock, in store. No news for days. Went in store to pick it up, was told it would be in the next day. Waited a week, had to call numerous times as emails were not replied to. Once in store, on both occasions the store was understaffed, long wait times and no acknowledgment. Generally poor experience.
