Dropped phone and screen would function but not touch, then eventually faded and wouldnt come on (but phone still ringing and power noises etc). Gentleman said would replace for PS110 but then when went to collect said other aspects of board were also broken and beyond economic repair. However 1 star as my phone screen has come back with many cracks all over it which was immaculate originally. Probably took my screen to use for another customer and given me a broken one. Beware!

Had back glass of phone replaced but during repair the phone was damaged further, despite proof he is refusing to accept any responsibility and actively avoided me. His lack of knowledge of phone parts/repairs and damage is concerning, considering he advertised himself as best the “best technician for repairs big or small in the north east”.
Please AVOID. I would have provided 0/5 if possible.

The engineer few times repaired different mobile phones for me and I found him very knowledgeable, reliable, reasonable with very quick service and I would recommend him to anyone .
