My HP Pavilion laptop was starting to run slower and slower.
I rang Duane to see if he could fit an SSD and perhaps make it run faster by increasing the RAM memory.
I took it to him yesterday and was informed that the disk cache was failing so it looks like it was sent to him just in time. The drive was to be cloned, however it was going to take some time as the original drive was encrypted. Was he OK to keep it overnight.
Got a call about 9.45 this morning all done and he had saved the original disk in a a USB casing so I could use it for a backup disk if I wanted.
All fixed and at a fair price, by someone who knows what he is doing and explains things in Layman’s terms.
I now have a much more efficient, faster laptop and Duane has another happy customer.
