Never ever use this service, they scammed my wife out of PS70 despite making me sign an online guarantee that I would pay them PS65 as a call out fee. They told my wife the motor was faulty in washing machine which was untrue. They then told me it was the circuit board that was actually faulty and would cost PS300 to repair. Scammers who are only interested in selling machines and collecting a call out fee in the process. What out rogue traders will get them.
Contacted company with an urgent call. Donal came next day. Very professional and pleasant. Went way over and above his job, to help me out in what I thought was a no win situation.
