My laptop was custom made and had a special shape and unfortunately the hinges gave way resulting in knocking of the screen and bottom shell every time I pull it open. Furthermore the parts get chipped away with every knock and built up inside the laptop itself. The company is able to secure the manufacture of a replacement shell that looks exactly the same and now it works perfectly fine again. This was a pleasant surprise and I am extremely impressed.
