The staff here were incredible with me, particularly Hannah! This morning i came in to get new tips for my Apple Pencil and they were all really welcoming and lovely! I went off and when I went to change the tip to the new one, I realised the only one had actually snapped off inside the Apple Pencil, I went back to the store to see if there was a solution and Hannah was fantastic and took my Apple Pencil off to try and get the remains of the tip out. I was so overwhelmingly pleased when she returned with it fixed and sorted, ready for a new tip saving me a potentially expensive visit! I am so grateful and would recommend the store!

I’ve just had 3 Apple MacBook devices reset back to factory settings as they were running slow and needed cleaned up. Also I had over 5,000 photos transferred from an old laptop onto one of the Macbooks.

The lady who looked after me (The Assistant Manager) was patient and explained what they had done and overcame a couple of issues I was going to have with the photos being transferred which has worked perfectly.

The full process was completed within a day and they did everything I wanted and more.

I can highly recommend the Carlisle Select Store for their patience, knowledge and excellent customer service.

I would like to tell you how well I was looked after on my recent visit into the Storm Front shop in Carlisle .The staff were all so wonderfully kind ,sympathetic and helpful.Various ideas were resurrected to solve my problem all with the greatest concern for myself. With a great deal of time and discussions the team resolved my problem . The whole team help each other in a most friendly way making the atmosphere in the shop most welcoming.
