I’ve just had the most wonderful customer service in Stormfront Newbury today. Earlier in the week I bought a MacBook Air and set it up myself this morning. There were a few tricky things I couldn’t find a solution for, so I went back to the shop and was assisted again by Luke, who was amazing. He sorted everything out and gave me lots of other useful tips and suggestions. I was very nervous, but he explained everything he was doing, ensuring I fully understood, and was patient and professional throughout. I’m now completely happy and delighted with my purchase. From start to finish, with other staff very helpfully guiding me with what to buy earlier in the week and today answering my questions about other products I’m interested in buying while I waited for Luke, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I thoroughly recommend Stormfront Newbury and will certainly be back to shop there myself soon

Ended up coming here as the Salisbury store has closed. Service there was bad and it is in the Newbury store too. Completely uninterested staff, just looking at their phones and barely capable of saying two words even when I said that I wanted to purchase an iPad. I only continued to go to Select as they do a 3 year warranty but is it really worth it if the experience is like this?

Store looks rundown and dilapidated and just doesn’t have a professional appearance to it at all. The staff seem to match that approach!

I was also told that this store is closing too so now that explains everything. Looks like the whole company is about to go under so I will definitely be shopping with Apple themselves in the future.

Useless customer service!!! I bought a new screen protector for my new iPhone 15, it cracked after a month, I was told when I bought it that it had a lifetime warranty, however, when I contacted the shop I was told I needed to go onto a website and enter the details, I’d have to pay PS8 to get a replacement one and have to fit the new one myself!! I’d already paid PS25 for the one that lasted the month!!! Terrible service, considering it had a lifetime warranty!!!
