Left my macbook for a battery replacement which was completed within the estimated time and the online service allowed me to track its progress which was reassuring. No data lost which was great and macbook back to working well. All staff friendly and professional. The payment portal could use some work – when it comes to filling in the bank details it expands and the ‘pay now’ button is obscured under the website banner which led to a frustrating but managed to just about do it on mobile.
I just bought a new iPad 9th gen today. Olly particularly, and all the staff, were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Olly was patient, thorough and thoughtful, making sure I was able to make the absolute most of the new device, and whilst taking great care over the whole transfer process, explaining every step of the way. I am very grateful, and highly recommend this store. Thank you.

Had an issue with my iPhone and was advised to book an appointment. I arrived early and was seen straight away. The chap who assisted me was very courteous and knowledgeable. He ran some tests on my phone and the proceeded to clean the connections.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful especially as I had two young children running around who were causing mayhem.
Highly recommended.
