I had a phone which the back casing suddenly separated. As such, I sent an email to “Sellphone Labs” in Cochrane. Subsequently, I received a response from Tarun, the manager, who not only stated he would do the repair, but very kindly, at no cost to me. Unfortunately, when I brought the phone into the shop, it was discovered that the battery was the culprit and would need replacing. Very welcoming feeling right from when you enter the store! The team handled my concern very well and worked on it. They had analyzed my concerns and also suggested me various options for the long run. The organized and neat interior gives it a warm feeling from which you feel very comfortable.
