So I needed a quote for a insurance repair, he wanted to charge me for the quote, fine no problems until i asked for the quote charge to be included on the quote, not masked or hidden in any way just shown on the quote as part of the price. I explained I was still happy to pay for the quote I just wanted that charge on the quote. He asked me to take my business elsewhere, honestly still stumped as why this was an issue.

Absolutely brilliant service my phone was stuck in voice over and I couldn’t work out how to turn it off. Shayki not just helped me he spend hours on call with Apple to get my problem resolved and guess what didn’t even charge me a penny. I will be customer for life and always recommend to anyone. I m surprised with his honesty and hard work he did just to help me a student out
