Contacted Sheffield Computer Services in a panic on a Sunday morning after my PC refused to turn on. Was instantly calmed when he mentioned I could bring it straight round and he’d happily take a look. By the next day he’d diagnosed the problem, talked through options on the best way to fix it and I was up and running again by the next morning. During that time he was in full contact with me with updates so there were no surprises. And the rates were reasonable too, so I was happy with the cost and my PC is running like new.

Highly recommended, I’ll certainly be using him again (although I hope I don’t have to!)

When my laptop was compromised as a result of a scam I was in need of a computer specialist who was both competent and trustworthy .Recommendations led me to Sheffield Computer Services. I freaked out about my laptop screen having an internal crack late at night and found this place open till late. Although was a bit nervous as this is not a store but in a residential area, all my fears disappeared when I first met Nathaniel.

He was extremely professional and accommodating and gave me an accurate timeline for how long it would take to for the screen to be ordered, fitted and fixed which was less than 48 hours 😀 (and for a good price too!).

100% recommend – my laptop screen is as good as new 🙂
