I had some issues upgrading a PC with an unknown failure. Time was short to get the PC ready to be a birthday gift. I took it to SheTech and told them what I had already done and what I wanted to happen (installation of new parts, diagnose problem, fix problem) and explained the issues around timings and me not being around to pick up/needing to pay online. Not only were they very accommodating to my needs, they were also very swift getting the whole think done in two days, including purchasing and delivery of parts to replace the faulty ones. They kept me updated along the way, provided me with options and explained what the various issues were. Their prices were excellent, very competitive. They were also really friendly and pleasant people.

I was absolutely delighted with the work undertaken by Tony at SheTech. My laptop had crashed and I could not get anything from it. Tony explained to me what it could be, what he would do and keep me informed. Indeed he contacted me on three occasions with an update of how he was getting on. I collected my laptop and Tony explained what he had done and it was like having a new laptop. I was also very happy with the price which I thought would be higher with the amount of work involved. A first class job. I would have no hesitation in recommending SheTech. I will not be going anywhere else again, they really are superb.
