brought my computer here weeks ago. I was told 5-7 business days. i called this morning asking if its completed yet, as i need it for work and haven’t been able to do so without it for these past weeks. I was told that unexpectedly the technician took a leave and they don’t have someone else working. they also couldn’t give me a time frame to when it will be done since they only have one tech? (it’s a provincial business with one technician?) even when i asked if i can take it somewhere else with the battery i PAID for, they refuse to let me have it. no discount for this? no assistance with this? not to mention that there are probably multiple people relying on getting their equipment fixed in a timely manner and now have to wait even longer. I’m extremely frustrated.

The guy serving was really helpful and friendly and we got the new iPhone 15 pro max! In the storage we wanted.

Whilst my partner sorted his new purchased I witnessed another employee helping an elderly gentleman who had locked himself out of his device, with no charge she helped him access it again. It was a really nice thing to see and a great insight to how they treat their customers.

10/10 experience!

I am of the older generation and was in need of some technical assistance’s and .. the Simply Computing shop in Kewlowna was my go to place.. I was immediately put at ease by an employee named Naomi .. very competent and knowledgeable.. when I picked up my phone every thing worked perfectly and best of all I didn’t have to upgrade my phone!!!
