If you had any doubts about using this company for whatever reason, let this be the review that sways your mind. My M1 MacBook Air is my baby and my whole life is on it but I had broken the LCD screen. As a student I don’t have the money for apple repairs nor the cost to replace my laptop if I was scammed. Kevin was reassuring, answering all my questions with expertise and keeping me updated throughout the whole process (even replying to my emails out of hours). They will give you the best prices with no compromise on the quality. 10/10 recommend!
Worst customer service ever. I felt ghosted by these guys. (response to owner’s response: I assumed there were two guys in the company as there were two guys in the office when I went there last week, but I’m guessing the one who didn’t open the door to me is the same one who has not responded to my last two inquiries as to whether or not the office was open on that particular day. I’m autistic and sometimes I panic about going into rooms where I’m not sure who is in there, so it’s my fault I guess)
Outstanding service from Kevin. My M1 Macbook Pro suffered a short just out of warranty and after no help from Apple, Kevin diagnosed the short, fixed it and sent it back within three days. Great communication throughout the entire processes and excellent customer service!
