A family member’s iPhone battery was replaced within 2 hours and the phone is now holding a charge much longer. Efficient and very good value. Recommended.

Added on 20 Aug 2024: Simplyfixit have now also repaired my 2017 MacBook Air and I’m absolutely delighted with the service. Very good value and good service – they even cleaned my very grubby machine! And they don’t rip you off. The only charge on this occasion was the basic service charge and they did everything – updated the operating system etc. Really pleased and again, would definitely recommend.

My factory built Acer machine was giving me huge problems just 14 months after buying, so I popped in and talked to these guys. Long story short, I got great advice as to what components to buy and they built it up for me quickly. Now have an amazing PC and kudos to Tony, the guy is so knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll get them to build every machine for me from now on.

Fantastic service. Friendly staff. Walked in with no appointment, luckily screen replacement for mac was in store. They said a few hours but got a text 1 hr later saying ready to collect. Almost PS150 cheaper than quote from apple which would involve laptop being sent away for 1 week. Really pleased with service and would recommend / use again.
