Honest local shop! Dropped off Samsung tv which was having connection issues! Thought it would be a WiFi module after reading forums! But they carried out diagnostic for PS40! It was the house WiFi itself so it’s all sorted now. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The opening times are a bit short so you have to try work around this but I did find they are working out of hours to closing times as it said they close at 2pm on Saturday I went in after 3pm. Really recommend them they will not rip off any they have great reputation.

By far the worst company ever! Claimed nothing wrong with the television, but stated there were “known issues” with them, kept it for a month, returned it claiming nothing wrong with it but they replaced a part anyway….
Plugged in still the same issue that it went in for, man was incredibly rude when questioned why you’d replace something if “no fault”
Another company contacted, asked the issues, ordered the parts, fitted at home and television is now functioning perfectly!
Avoid at all cost!!!

My TV broke down last month, it was not switching on at all, Sims TV had it repaired quickly. It works like a brand new TV , the resolution is even greater.
After the repair, I still had a few issues with the TV, Sims TV talked through the steps with me over the phone and had it resetted quickly.

Enjoying watching TV again.
