I recently used Sivill service to buy a re-conditioned laptop after my desktop computer stopped working.They had exactly what I was looking for and at a very reasonable price.I wish I’d known about this shop years ago,as the customer service is excellent!,and I will never again need to step foot inside the big chain computer stores where sales assistants are just looking to make as much commission as possible and try and sell you things you don’t need.
I dealt with Jamie and Kelly at Sivill service and they are both super helpful,honest, friendly and go out of their way to help you.I’ll be using Sivill service for all my future computer needs.

This lovely lady has saved my bacon again!!! I know I should back up my pen drive, BUT I forgot and then it broke. As an admin for a charity, there were some really important documents on it. While fussing their gorgeous floof of a dog, which was very calming, Kelly recovered all my documents (and then some) for an extremely good price. You won’t get help like this anywhere else. This is a real hidden gem – the best place to go for advice and repairs for your electronic goods, with an incredible range of pre-loved televisions. I went in to look for a scart lead, ended up buying a big smart tv at an incredible price (and it’s still working perfectly a year on)
The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and if you’re lucky you might get to meet the most beautiful husky too! Definitely worth a visit.
