Having been the subject of a malicious Internet Scam and Hack, I was desperate for help, and after being referred to Steve of SJH Computing, I rang to ask for a call-out. Steve arrived within half an hour and completed an exceptional job – he was more than helpful and knowledgeable, and I will definitely be a lifelong customer. I contacted Steve when we had a problem with our Desktop not switching on. He was very understanding when he arrived and it appeared to be working! However when it was checked it over the fault re-appeared and a repair estimate was quickly provided. As the PC was quite old the news was as expected – although it could be repaired it may be more practical to replace it.
Steve gave advice, sourced and supplied a new laptop, transferring all the data from the old PC.
