Thieves. Be careful when bringing your devices here. Saw them arguing with a customer because they had a STOLEN DEVICE inside their store that the customer tracked to this location and they refused to give it back to the original owner.

While this was happening, they were also shouting and arguing with someone who they messed up a repair for or stole parts from their device. Honestly this store is very sketchy and a scam, cash only and they seem to be the same guy running the other chinese stores like TechZone in the area. They are cheap but I can now see why they are cheap because they do not care about anything once you give them your money.

I would never use these guys again, just thieves and crooks that run and work at these shops. Hopefully Toronto police does something about these people and people stop supporting these crooks.

I would give this place a 0. Customer service rep are so stuck up and rude. I came a few days ago with 2 phones to get a new screen protector, went home and it was all bubbly and wasn’t right. I go back the next day this lady had the audacity to tell me that she cannot give me a new screen protector. Mind you, this lady was full of attuide and the way she spoke was very stuck up like working at a shop you need to be kind to your customers I’ve been a customer at this place for years now but I can let you know that I will NEVER waste a dime at this location. There is plenty of other shops located on Dundas and Spadina that I can spend my money on but will never go back to this place ever again!!!! Horrible people horrible customer service !!!!

Been here for a repair, which was a impossible job, one of my buddy refer me this store, I was surprised when the technician said I can do it, and he fixed it in a short time, very impressive they have the best advance repairing gadgets and the top most staff doing the job quick and clean. And the best part is they have all the mobile accessories available. Very friendly people and Grab things for your phone while the repair is done. And we can fix our phones without breaking the bank very reasonable pricing Save money and time most of the repairs are done on the spot. Thank you highly recommended.
