After battling with a slow and clunky laptop for over a year I was ready to give up and buy a new laptop. The owner of Sleaford IT suggested some improvements that could make a big difference and provided an excellent service. Fantastic customer service, everything was explained well to ensure I understood, without using baffling IT language. Service was super speedy at a brilliant cost. Very good communication. I now have A speedy laptop with updated windows/Microsoft. It is so much better to use! I would highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you!
Great service. Gaz made time for me to drop off my broken laptop pretty much straight away. Took the time out of a busy schedule to check the issues. Kept me informed throughout. Sorted the problem and had some spare parts lying around, so he fixed some wear and tear at no extra cost. Highly recommend!
