Met Steve while looking for a cheaper option than Best Buy, and figured I’d go local or like a mom and pop kinda place. This turned out to be the best decision i could have made. Steve was professional, and honest from the very first message, through to the completion of the work he performed for me. I won’t get into detail what was wrong, but i will say that i messaged him, and quickly thereafter dropped the computer off around 3 days before Christmas. Throughout the process Steve was very detailed and honest with both his process of work (including in the neighborhood off 100 pictures) and how long it was going to take/what was needed. After all was said and done, my computer was running better than it had in a long time, and looked almost brand new thanks to the thorough cleaning he also gave the machine. I got my computer back a couple of days after Christmas, so he worked through his holidays, and got me a hard-drive that was more than affordable. I went with Steve thanks to these reviews, so i have to give one also. Great experience, and i most definitely will be using him again for anything that comes up. Also on a side note, he was FAR cheaper than something like best buy. Highly recommend.

Found Steve through google when looking for a computer repair place. Didn’t want to take it to a big box store and wanted to support a smaller type business. I brought my laptop to him just before Christmas and had my laptop back just before new years. Very happy with his services! I ended up needing a little extra work done after the initial repair and he completed that work also in a timely manner.
