What can I say. While having my whole world, life and business on one laptop it was all gone in the swipe of my dogs tail when he knock my full cup of coffee all over my laptop. He also happens to be the most loved workshop dog ever, Cooper !!!

Well, I was beside myself with fear everything was gone. I blew all the coffee off with an airline but knew coffee went down inside and perhaps shortened everything, fried, knackered, kuput !!

But no Smart Computers came to my rescue within 30 minutes. It was a mamouth task to retreived all the information with no garantees but they pulled the biggest white rabbit out of the smalllest hat, they are amazing. It was no mean feat, but they jumped on it straight away, no waiting, and managed to download all the information overnight with some special fandango software and I was also supplied another, better laptop (sorry Will, work station) all within 30 hours.

Like many people I am not that computer literate, and when it came to choosing from a list of people/companies to fix my laptop, I didn’t know which to pick. I phoned several from my search results, but found SMART Computers the most helpful. I was able to take my laptop to their workshop the same day, and I’m pleased to say that it was fixed within half an hour.

I was given expert advice on backing up my laptop, photo’s etc. The service I received was excellent and at a very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in using this company again.

When my laptop black-screened me, my stomach jumped into my throat, all I could think is “how much is this going to cost?”. And boy did I not make a mistake, not only were they professional, honest, reliable and trustworthy, they were GREAT value for money!
