Got them to fix my daughter’s charging port, I dropped it off on Thursday picked it up when I returned from camping on Tuesday and the Sim card was missing I called them about it right away the first guy said he would look for it and when he called back saying he still couldn’t find it and would call me today, I just called them and the guy hung up on me after after calling 6 times he says they don’t have it and did I take a picture of the missing Sim card, then acted like I dropped off a phone without a Sim card. So now my daughter’s phone won’t work and they don’t care very unprofessional and I’ve been a long standing customer.

They fool only old people they sell used phones for the same price you could buy a new one thats why they are placed in carlingwood mall where they can only fool our retired canadians.
