I wasn’t allowed to give NO STARS because they don’t deserve that. Cut a long story short. The muppet behind the desk fixed the screen on my phone & within say 10 days I noticed a small crack on the screen but thought nothing of it….After a week or so the crack grew bigger. Eventually the phone died. Bear in mind I paid 55 pound to fix it & he even insisted I pay cash & NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN! Sounds dodgy already Right? When I returned the phone he claimed I dropped the phone, bear in mind the original phone I had for 3 years & there wasn’t a scratch on it. As I was stating my case to him, a lady walking by overheard me & she said to my friend that she had the same problem & she thinks he’s a con artist. Well, that goes without saying doesn’t it? The man refused to even look at it & help me, he even called security. Thank God security understood my problem, but I would never spend my money in that shop ever again & I will be sending a complaint to trading standard, the financial ombudsman & the taxman….Watch out Mr they’re coming for ya!!!!!!!!

Please avoid this phone shop, its all well and good before you give them your phone for repairs they charge astronomically for simple stuff like for old phones like on an iphone 11 screen and back glass change witch is a 20 to 30 minutes job PS200, bare in mind that the screen and back is like PS35 on Amazon for both. Total waste of time and money.
