Thank goodness for this place! Smashed a mac screen unexpectedly and Apple drove me absolutely nuts, being completely useless at connecting me with someone who could help or getting me a quote. Called up this place and was immediately greeted so cheerfully and reassuringly, they answered all my questions with kindness and patience. They were genuinely so kind, even though I called other places to compare quotes, I knew this sounded like the safest bet. In the end, they also offered the best price! Extremely grateful for their impeccable service and helpful attitude throughout. Highly recommend, and huge thank you to the team!

I took my laptop to the shop, believing the graphics card to have died. Though I thought it was a lost cause, but they were able to get it fixed very promptly.
Communication was very effective and prompt throughout the repair process and afterwards. My laptop was ready to collect again within 24 hours. The charge was the cost of a fresh Windows install + PS20 for cleaning the fans. Payment was cash only, as they said they were having issues with the card machine.
