Went in today to enquire about having my P20 repaired. After being quoted in excess of PS200 I then asked if they could fit my SIM into my old phone. When I got home I attempted to make a call. Having had issues with this I called my provider. I was informed after investigation that I had been given the wrong SIM back. They repair desk looked disorganized with several mobiles disassemble they appeared unprofessional, and conning . They even offered to sell me a replacement phone for just under the cost of the repair
I had my USB port replaced yesterday, Very good job. But when i got my phone back the volume rocker was destroyed. I cant turn volume up. The front facing camera no longer works. It did before i took it to the shop. I think its over priced and the service is awful. I started talking to a guy at the counter and he didn’t say anything. Never going back for a repair ever again.
Great shop. I went in to sort out my phones display and the guy did it for me in 20 mins for PS20 when the shops in the same road was tryng to charge me PS150. Great guys and they know what they are doing. Very Happy
